At aiselfi.es, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the images generated by our AI, you can request a full refund within the first 7 days after your purchase. This is part of our "no questions asked" money-back guarantee. To initiate a refund, contact us with a statement of dissatisfaction, and we will process your refund immediately.
Refund Eligibility Conditions
- Intentional Misuse: Refunds will not be granted in cases where there is clear evidence of intentional misuse of our service, such as uploading images that do not comply with established guidelines or deliberately sabotaging the AI's performance.
- Single Refund: Each customer is eligible for only one refund to prevent misuse of our refund offer. Subsequent purchases after a refund will not be eligible for additional refunds.
Exceptional Circumstances
If you encounter issues such as non-delivery of the product or other exceptional circumstances that hinder your ability to use the service as expected, please contact us. We evaluate each situation case by case to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.
